1-BR Apartment Renovation in Vida Residences, Dubai Marina

This one-bedroom apartment in Vida Residences, Dubai Marina was taken back to the shell and rebuilt. We stripped out everything — partitions, flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, sanitaryware, built-in furniture, and both bathrooms entirely — then re-ran the electrical, water and drainage systems from scratch to suit a new layout. The key move was removing a small, unusable walk-in wardrobe, which let us significantly enlarge the kitchen-living area into a genuinely spacious open plan. Generous storage was kept in the bedroom, and extra wardrobes were built into the hallway, so every square metre earns its place. Both bathrooms were rebuilt with new tiling and modern sanitaryware, and the kitchen and all built-in furniture were custom-made to our own design. D5 delivered the whole project in-house — demolition, replanning, MEP, finishing, joinery and final FF&E, with one team accountable throughout.
